Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

We order the 2 for 20 deal quite often from here to go. The food is usually fairly good and it's ready really quick. The largest problem is that the accuracy of the order, and the CONSISTENCY is awful. We order the same thing nearly each time and the experience is different each and every time and we have a running joke/make bets of what the order will be missing "this time." Most of the time we order fries we receive no ketchup. Some times, we receive a huge cup of marinara for the mozzarella sticks that is completely full. Sometimes it's a tiny plastic cup with less than 1/4" in it (enough for half of a single cheese stick.) Sometimes the fries come in a bag and are really soggy. Other times, they come in a box and are pretty good. These examples I'm giving are all for the exact same order mind you, but every time it's different in how it's received. If the deal wasn't so good for the 2 for 20, and we didn't love the Mozzarella sticks so much, we probably wouldn't order here just for the huge lack of consistency alone. The staff have always been friendly.

The wait for our food took a long time and they were not busy. I had to ask to have a refill on my coffee. The waitress was nice.

Our server, Alyssa, was so gracious and attentive. She let our group talk and drink and catch up with family. She brought everything at the right time when we ordered. You can't ask for any better service than she provided. The food was very good also. Thanks to the chef!

I can not remember the last time I've heard the word No so much. EVERYTHING that I requested of our server was a NO. "May we order more food?" "No!" It was my Nieces birthday, and not just any. Her Sweet 16.... My sister and I (in the photo) are so proud of her, so imagine my disappointment. Chyne is my Favorite Niece. She has my smile(left side of the photo) and I named her. I planned her whole day and all was going well; well, until we reached the Applebee's in Oshtemo, MI last night.... To their credit: the food was excellent.... Well, the food we were Allowed to order-
