I've always tried to remember to give Potelicious a full review but each time I was too focused enjoying their bento box and literally carried away. The hidden gem in the Richmond Public Market if you haven't been here. Large portion of serving in the box with various veggies, Taiwan sausage, your choice of freshly cooked juicy meat on top of steam rice, like a perfect combo with no more space to add extras. A delicious dinner or lunch or brunch whatever you call it, whenever you order placed. Recently adding $0.25 to carry-out bags, this place as usual take cash only so bring your wallet and be prepared to get some handfuls in return.
Ordered Spicy Beef Hot Pot and Deep-fried Party Mix, the hot pot is just so so, but the fried chicken is delicious! Bento looks good, might try it next time.
Ordered the braised intestine pot and deep fried chicken nuggets. The braised pot came out quite spicy! And they didn't ask us what spicy level we wanted. Thankfully we can eat spicy! The nuggets were good but a little over fried so came out a little chewy. Still very tasty!
This is the Taiwanese restaurant I’ll go whenever I’m craving for beef noodle. The beef is so soft and the soup is so tasty. All of their dishes are good, so don’t worry if you’ll order a wrong one
What a wholesome yummy meal! Portion is huge so I couldn't finish it. Also no smell from the pork which is rare and pleasant. Overall a great experience. However, I'm korean and I dont speak Chinese... but its fine!Food: 5/5
My go to place for Taiwanese food. They offer a diverse menu and it changes from time to time!
Delicious. Authentic Taiwanese street food. Name changed to “Chuan Siang Kitchen”.
Excellent Taiwanese beef noodle. The broth is so rich and flavourful. The beef, huge! You don’t have a choice in noodle type but it’s always cooked perfect. Overall big portion size. The only downside for me is it’s at the high end of my spicy tolerance. The nuggets were freshly fried and total yummy. I just wish they wouldn’t assume their patrons speak Chinese. I’ve gone a few times and they always call your number in Chinese.
No wonder why this stall has a long line up! Went on a saturday morning and line up was quite long but the wait is not bad. We ordered hotpot spicy beef, spicy and regular beef noodles, cabbage dumplings and everything tastes good! The portions are good for its price. Definitely a gem in the 2nd floor of Richmond's public market. I would go back to try their other food.
This is one of the best and authentic Taiwanese food as you can get here in Vancouver. Beef noodle is the best, taste wise and everything. Pork chop on rice never disappoint. Braised pork melts in your mouth. And sold out early mostly. Tofu pot is the best in town as well. Every dishes well worth what they are charging.. cash only since it's a good court stall but since the food was so good and well worth it. I gave it a solid 5 out of 5. One of the most frequently visited place I go to.
