Story

Portland Florist Shop located in NE Portland has been designing flowers since 1957. Once named Menlo Park Flowers we used to be located in the Menlo Park Shopping Center but relocated 10 years ago to 118th and Glisan and renamed ourselves then to Portland Florist Shop. Family owned and operated. We deliver twice daily throughout the city. We also deliver
cakes and pastries, coffee, and gourmet and wine baskets.

This place is amazing! They always have fresh, beautiful arrangements and a ton of variety! Every customer is treated with respect and I have seen the employees go out of their way to please each one. I personally had the best experience this last week with getting rose petals to add to my father's ashes as we sent them off. The owner was so kind and clearly cares. Did I mention the amazing coffee in they sell?

Walked in and was greeted by no one. Looked around. Lots of plants, and pots. No prearranged flowers to choose from. Looked in the cooler , was disappointed with the selection. Waited for someone to acknowledge my presence. But they were too busy jabbering about something else. One girl looked at me from behind the arrangement counter. ...but said nothing . I can get more attention at my local Safeway store.

Selected flowers online. Picked them up the next day. They looked better in person than online which is always a good sign. Great communication and friendly service.

Called on Thursday to order flowers for my wife. They offered an upsell on a balloon and I accepted. They delivered to her work the next day and on time. My wife was super surprised and Happy! Which made me Happy! Thanks guys! I will use again!

Came in 30 mins before getting dinner with my mum for Mother's Day. They asked me how much I was willing to spend, and they whipped up a bouquet in less than ten minutes. Far beyond my expectations for the extremely reasonable price. Will order from them again.
