I pre-paid and picked up 2 bouquets just as the store was closing before the Christmas Holidays. The bouquets were already wrapped and in a bag. If I had seen them in the store I would have refused to accept them. The flowers were dying and the greens were literally scraps from the florist floor. This left me with no other choice than to track down 2 replacements on Christmas Eve. I was thrilled with what I found . My new bouquets included white roses, white tulips, and miniature kale. They were also 1/2 the price of what I had paid for at Market Street Florist. The 1st day Monday after the Christmas Holiday, I returned one bouquet (the other one was so dead I tossed it.) The clerk was dismayed with this pitiful gathering of dead flowers and dead branches and said someone would be in contact. It's been 13 days-guess this is just business as usual. STRONGLY SUGGEST STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORIST.

Amazingly kind and knowledgeable staff. They take the time to learn about the event and come up with the best ideas on how to make the most out of my flower budget. Thanks Market Street!
