I don't like them. I am treated as an 'undesirable'. They have -one- branch in Lansing, on the furthest edge. Clearly not interested in the patronage of people from Lansing.

The people who answer the phones are always very rude and treat me as if I am the stupidest person they've ever talked to. Do not appreciate it.
