Once again I wait and wait. And then I almost draw the worst teller on planet. She has the worst attitude of any customer service rep I have ever met. Moreblessing teller is their only saving grace. Get it straight BOA.

Wait times are long, and you usually can't get a walk up with a financial advisor. There are never enough tellers. 

The app makes things easy, and should prevent most visits to the bank.

The worst bank around the area. As soon as I get a chance I am switching over to any other bank but this one!
