In searching for a family physician in Niagara Falls, I had the unfortunate circumstance of meeting with Dr. Pouria Sadeghi at his office. Cons - Was over 40 minutes late for my pre-booked appointment, which I waited three weeks for. When I questioned him whether this was a normal occurrence, his answer was smug and entitled. - He mentioned he did not have any interest in assisting my partner who has a chronic pain condition, that he did not know anything about how to treat her diagnosis of fibromyalgia and was not willing to learn anything about it. - He cited standards provided by the College on which medicines were appropriate for fibromyalgia. After researching these standards, surprisingly, the information he provided was false. Pros - He took his time in the actual appointment, which is appreciated. I did not feel the least bit rushed and he answered all my questions. All in all, I don't know why anyone would want to go to a doctor who was only interested in helping "some of the people some of the time". It seemed like he was just there to accept easy patients and to get paid, and that was it. I do not understand that approach to medicine. Furthermore, I waited three weeks for this appointment when I could have been advised of his approach to medicine over the phone prior.

Medhat and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I joined their Ideal protein program and I was assigned Amanda who is an amazing coach that helped me lose over 30 lbs. They were knowledgeable accomadating and really pushed me to succeed!

Pros: Close if you live in Niagara Falls, but better off finding another doctor. Cons: - ***COSTS $2.50 JUST TO PARK IN THEIR PARKING LOT*** It would be nice if they mentioned that for the people who arrive with no change to leave. - Terrible service from receptionists - Doctors blatantly talk about patients that have just left in front of other patients in waiting room I had a meet and greet with Dr. Sadeghi and unfortunately I didn't make it into the appointment due to the complete ignorance from the receptionist. Both blonde female receptionists had a very bad attitude with me. In the brief 30 minutes I was there I encountered an upset 23 year old leaving the office quite frustrated and upon him leaving the office, the younger male doctor who saw him began to "vent" to the receptionists right in front of the waiting room where he literally said "all he does is sit around and smoke weed all day". If you're okay with paying $2.50 to deal with horrible receptionists and potentially leave the office and have the rest of the waiting room know what the doctor thinks about you, this is the place for you. For everyone else, i'd keep looking.

My wife was in the office to go and meet Dr. Kareem and her assistance name Ella was very rude to the wife, when she was already there 2min late in the office and she was kept repeating saying she was late 10min and didn't wanted to argue over that she said and next time to be careful. This was very unprofessional of her speaking to her patients. Service is poor and so is the assistance. Defiantly not going to be there again and recommend not visit this doctor and the assistance unless ur despo.
