Fire alarm every week, ants are everywhere, long waiting time for elevators, keep claiming that I did not pay a rent when I paid on time, did not give me a free month that they offered me, gave me a fungi infested fridge, balcony looks collapsing, noisy events taking place in the square in front of the apartment. Only positive thing is that it is close to the metro station.

these people are thieves and would use any chance to take your money and to manipulate your contract...so happy I am out of their though they still owe me 1000$, after damaging my car in their garage and asked me to fix it and they would pay me back...but nothing

The service is not good here, there are 3 elevators and there is always one that is not working ! Sometimes even 2! the administration is slow to solve problems. Also the fire alarm goes quite often and you gotta wait until the firemen arrive to turn it off. If you can find another place even if it is a little more expensive go for that one and avoid headaches !
