Surprisingly, it was a very good experience, vegetables were fresh, good prices, personal very helpful and nice. You can find d all you look for, they have a great variety of products... I strongly recommend metro.

Blatant racism, cashier says hi to lady in front, i say hello to her, she doesn’t say a single word, nothing throughout the whole transaction, then proceeds to greet the next lady with a smile. Typical quebecois racism. Lady in cash register 2.

Reliable store, even though prices are slightly higher than SuperC or Maxi, you can find almost anything you need here

Overall a standard metro experience, the store is not too bad, the staff is nice. The negative is that I have far too often bought minced meat that is grey but they color the top layer red to trick you into thinking it is fresh. I have had chicken that was bought on the day of packaging that is yellow on closer inspection and had a sticky wateriness to it. Again this is fairly standard for Metro and IGA but nonetheless not acceptable therefore the low score.

Bad service. No butcher at the counter. Try to find out the manager. No manager was working. When the butcher was back after 10 minutes, he did not make any apologies. We had a rain check for 4 family packs of kitchen tigh at 99 cents/lb. None was available. The butcher told us to take the 3 packs of 4 tights. We asked for 4 family packs. He refused to prepare the 4 family packs, and told us that we are lucky to the the 3 packs of 4 tights at 99 cents/lb. Hum! Bad customer experience. Bad service. Thank Good, there are other groceries in Longueuil.
