Extremely disappointed! I NEVER leave reviews good or bad, but I felt the need to add my experience, so people save their money. The first thing we noticed was that we had not been given what we ordered. First off, we ordered potstickers for about $10 and they gave us buns instead. Second, when I opened the hotpot I was in disbelief. There was mushy lettuce, barely any noodleseven though we ordered extra noodles, and the broth was chunky like it was curdled, and smelt and looked like watery salty milk. Additionally, it had 0 spice and had NO BEEF…. sorry for yelling but WHAT DID I PAY FOR??? We spent about $70 and ended up throwing away most of it, after getting SICK! I mention how much we paid, because we are college students and don’t have money to throw away. So the fact that we threw the food away is a big deal! We also got boba from here, and it wasn’t bad. Truly, it was its only saving grace. However, that does not mean I ever would order it again from here. Anyways, please don’t go here until they make some serious changes! I would hate for a business to fail, but clearly they do not actually care about their customers seeing as there have been several reviews like mine over the last year. If you’re still reading, I hope you have a better day than I did.
The staff was great. When we went in there was no one and thought we had plenty of time, but shortly after there was a line. Drinks were great. My son loved the shrimp and fries also. They clear out the line fast if you know what you want.Food: 5/5
I'll leave 2 stars because the drinks were good, and because it took so long we got free potstickers that we loved. We ordered the hot pot, I was under the impression you get this pot of boiling nroth and sides of meat and things to put on chopsticks and then dip it in etc but instead we got this like curdled milk soup with steak, fish, spam, yellow cabbage, some noodles. It wasn't that great. We were pretty disappointed : atleast we tried. Service was really great though
I added a star because Popo USED to be amazing. They are now using half the flavor in milk teas to save on cost; it's quite literally milk. The color and the taste of the milk teas are so diluted, it is truly an $8 milk with boba at the bottom. The staff are friendly but the owners/management clearly don't care about the feedback that they have signs requesting. I really hope a different Boba place comes to Pullman!!
Love the bubble tea here. fried rice, dumplings and popcorn chicken are the best here. Very affordable fast food around town. Be sure to mention the spice level. 2 to 3 spice level is quite spicy.
I love coming here! They have the friendliest and most understanding group of staff I've seen in Pullman. One girl in particular I think her name was Caitlin was extremely personable and understanding. I was wanting to get a hotpot where we sit down at the tables and are served in cast iron bowls but she informed me that they are only doing take out orders. I was very upset but after she immediately offered a refund and her deepest apologies, I couldn't remain mad!
I love this place! I order a drink and pork buns for my exam today and got wonderful note! Now food pork buns are amazing drinks are amazing. I dislike the strong seasoning on fries and calamari was not good not worth it havent had chance try soup or other foods yet but I will! <3 Thank you! Made my day!
The meat was so hard. There were few strands of noodles. The soup was warm, not hot. So warm, my luncheon meat was cold. I can make better hot pot at home.
The boba is really tasty and I love coming here for that. However I ordered milk buns and waited over 35 minutes, then when I finally came home to try them they were rock hard and couldn't even bite through them. Really disappointing...
Went a month or so back and was bummed to see that it not a traditional Hot Pot place. Everything was pre-made and pre-cooked, all put in a giant to-go cup, even though we ate inside.
