Stacey is the best veterinarian I could ask for! She has taken care of my dog since he was a puppy and supported my family with their horses. She is very knowledgeable, sincere and has a passion for what she does.

Took my cat to get antibiotics for an ongoing Respiratory problem. The problem was not fixed if not worse and Dr Stacy is "too Busy " to sign a prescription for another round of antibiotics for the rest of the week???. They told me to go to ER which I would have to pay for to get the same antibiotic.. So now I have to find money to go to another vet, to do ANOTHER "full examination" plus meds... Don't waste your money here. Disgusting how they lied and wasted my money. ZERO compassion.

I always take my dog here and they love him and treat him so well!! Dr. Stacey is an A+,5 Star Veterinarian! Thanks a lot!

I brought my dog here because she's getting older and my regular vet recommended them for chiro. They are amazing. The vet is so kind and relaxed with my dog. The staff are wonderful. Highly recommend.

Took my rescued kitten here for her first shots and a check up. Was left waiting in a room for over 30 min past my appointment time. It took 3 days to get my kitten in to be seen. She gave my kitten a needle in the leg that swelled up and now she has a five inch lession and a scab at the injection site. It took 30 days to heal? My kitten had ear mites, and worms, I was sold a treatment to take home. Since then my kitten had had five of her own. I have been calling for two days now and this place hasn't gotten back to me after 72 hrs!! Rude uncaring Vet. Stick with your cows, you have no repore with cats. You should have just told me to find a better fit, instead of taking my money and then ignoring any further concerns. I will be going to Innisfail Vet tomorrow, I'm not going to loose my cat due to their inattention. SHAME!!! Update. I have went to a new vet. I call BS on your explanation! I waited 3 day for a call back as her condition worsened. It may have not have been an emergency to YOU! It was for us a nursing mother with diahria, dehydrated and vomiting! AGAIN your explanation didn't hold water. I called 4 times over 3 days no call back

I can't say enough good things about Stacey and her crew! My 14 years old dachshund Saydee probably wouldn't be here without these guys. They are genuine, animal loving peeps : highly recommend.

This vet service is amazing. They are truly about helping and saving animals. Can't thank them enough. Your pets are in good hands here.

They were great with my pup, she got spayed and kept me updated, explained everything to each out for. And took good care of my dog.

They phoned to let us know when our kitty was out of surgery and how things went and when we could pick him up. They have always been good and professional dealing with my cats or dogs I trust them with my pets health and have never been let down. They will always be my choice for my pets.
