It gets stars only for being clean and friendliness of staff, other than that the food wasn't that great at all. The good side of our meal was the chicken tenders that were fresh and hot.
Overall the experience was tainted by the dirty, frankly filthy, washroom.nThe reason I am only taking off one star is because the other bathroom was clean so I am assuming some person just made the one I went into dirty.nThe food was good, came on time, the restaurant otherwise was clean, the staff were also easy going.
I recently visited this Popeyes location during a road trip. The food was as expected, but the restrooms were not well-maintained and quite dirty. I hope this issue will be addressed and resolved.
Before setting off on my trip to Thunder Bay, I decided to make a pitstop at Popeyes, primarily because I knew they offered Halal chicken. Little did I know that this visit would turn out to be an unexpected delight.nnThe moment I walked in, I was greeted with a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The staff was not only friendly but also exceptionally efficient. They made sure to take care of every detail of my order with a smile, setting a positive tone for my dining experience.nnThe cleanliness of the restaurant also stood out. The environment was impeccably neat and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. It's rare to find a fast-food joint that pays such attention to cleanliness, and it was a refreshing change.nnOne of the standout features of this Popeyes location was its convenient drive-through service. With my schedule for the trip, this was a blessing. I didn't have to leave the comfort of my car, yet I received the same exceptional service as those dining inside.nnAs for the food, I decided to go for the 8-piece chicken meal with a spicy flavor. To my pleasant surprise, it took them just 3-4 minutes to prepare my order. When I bit into the chicken, I was in for a treat. It was piping hot and incredibly flavorful, with a perfect blend of spices. I opted for thighs and legs, and they were juicy and tender.nnNot only did I enjoy my meal, but my kids also relished their food, particularly the delectable fries. I paired my meal with a fountain drink, and what made it even better was the offer of unlimited refills.nnTo top it all off, even the restrooms were spotlessly clean, which is often overlooked but greatly appreciated by customers.nnIn conclusion, I can't help but applaud the entire team at this Popeyes location for providing such an outstanding dining experience. It's not every day that you come across a fast-food restaurant that excels in both service and food quality. This stopover turned out to be a memorable and delicious start to my Thunder Bay trip.
The most horrible customer service experience ever received that gave me a point to write a review against them. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo that comes with a side and a beverage. When I received my order the items were missing in there as I ordered a orange juice. So I went outside and asked the driver as he was still in the driveway and he said this what they gave him I can check with the restaurant. So I called them and the girl talking on the phone definitely needed some more training on how to work at a restaurant and what is customer service. As I told her that the items are missing in there and I came from work and was tired and hungry that's why I ordered the food and this is how I get my order even after paying. So she responded and said oh I will give you for free the next time you order and I said that definitely I'm not ordering again from them and how would anyone know that you have to compensate for my missing items and how can you just give it for free she said oh you order next time and I will give you free, so I asked her name and she disconnected the call on me! And after that I tried calling them more than 10 times and no one responded and even the voicemail wasn't initiated. This was the point that I had to write a review for this experience! So that others can speak up and be aware about itnAs it's not about the food at some point it's about the service that you provide as well. And I'm not a person who orders food every time I just ordered as I was way too tired from work and was hungry. And was definitely not expecting the worse service from Popeyes! Thank you!
