Burger tasted awful. The bread was not toasted or not even warmed up, even though I ordered with cheese, there was no cheese inside. It felt like i am just eating raw bread and veggies. Even veggie patty was undercooked and raw. I would never order again. Very disappointed since i had a burger from Harvey’s for the first time after Covid.
Always loved Harvey's. Haven't been there in a while. I ordered 2 hamburgers and a small Pepsi and came to over 18 dollars. Who am I? Elon Musk. Won't be going there anymore.
I'm not sure if they were shorthanded but I have found things hitbir miss alot here. This time was a definate miss which was thoroughly disappointing. Not sure how mustard, mayo and pickles turns into ketchup and mustard and lots of both.
Don’t use the drive thru unless you have absolutely nowhere to be. There were about 5 cars ahead of me and I was stuck for 30 minutes. Wild. Also, this wasn’t a one off - consistently the drive thru takes as long as 10 minutes per car. If I wasn’t a sucker for their onion rings, I wouldn’t go back.
Terrible customer service. Blames customer for business incompetence. Do not order on Skip the dishes!!!nGo IN STORE to make sure they get your order right!!!!!!!!!!nI asked for a refund on the 4 things they completely messed up. They blamed me 3 times that it was my fault, I sent them screenshots of proof. They finally agreed to refund all 4 items, yet only gave refund for 3 things!?nI worked in customer service. I know the customer is not always right. However this time was not the case!nNot the Harvey's I used to visit as a child with my grandfather. Terrible service
