Ordered 20 PC tender meal paid $ 58.55 recieved 2 crusty old macaroni and cheese and 11 tender...11! I paid for 20! I called corporate and they offered me $20. Not even enough to cover the cost of the 2 crusty sides let alone the missing items! Called the store and they aren't answering. Got robbed horribly here and I'm still hungry! So freaking sad! I'm so mad. I worked hard for my money just to give it up like that... so mad, I wanna cry because I'M STILL HUNGRY!
I order a 14 pcs chicken tenders family meal thur the app , it comes with 2 large sides and 5 biscuits and 5 sauces. All I got was yesterdays burnt chicken tenders dried microwave heated tenders, burnt fries and No biscuits and No sauces. Shame on you for serving garbage! Will Not order from this location again. Paid good money for garbage. This is how you lose customers. Zero stars is what you deserve!
This location is clean and the workers are VERY professional. The person at the register was nice and very patient. Also, while giving my order, there was another associate making it as I was ordering it. Once I was done paying my food was being handed to me. Thank you!! This was my first and definitely last time I will eat at this Popeye's. The food was just ok. The chicken was kind of dry. The food also seemed more expensive than other ones I've been to. The manager was super rude. There was a newbie on the register and she couldn't figure things out. So the manager comes over and I'm trying to explain something and she kept interrupting me saying "I got you!" She would not let me get a word in edgewise. Also, she had these long braids that she kept touching and moving out of her face...not very sanitary. Not a good experience whatsoever.
Went there a couple of months ago. Had a very bad experience. One of the managers told me to take my fat a$$ home. They were out of fries and pop. Then the store manager called me after I called corporate to complain and told me my next meal was on her. Didn't want to go back but because my kids love it I tried to go back to get the free meal and the managers I don't know if they were the shift managers or the assistant kept playing on the phone so I never got to talk to the store manager to get my free meal. I will never go back to that Popeye's again. I tried. But that would be a strong no for me.
Was so disappointed when i ordered the popcorn shrimp and mild chicken tenders tonight. Don't get fast food often so this was supposed to be a treat. 6 tiny shrimp and 2 bulemic chicken pieces. Receipt proved I asked for honey mustard, but I got spicy cocktail sauce. Waste of my cheat day. Won't go back. Check your order before you leave.
DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE !! I ordered a 5 pc tender, and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise and barley any chicken, they also forgot to add dipping sauces for the tenders I had ordered. DO NOT, I REPEAT “DO NOT GO HERE” Very uncalled for, especially while inflation !!
The WORST Popeyes I've ever been too. The workers are so rude and lazy. You stand in line for a good 40+ mins waiting for food that is cold by the time you receive it. The workers don't care at all. Too expensive and not worth it. Go to KFC or Chick-fil-A..... Don't waste your time hereFood: 1/5
Went through the drive up. The girl at the window was scratching her head with her long nails. I waited over a half hour in front of the store only to get the wrong order. That was the third and last bad experience for me at this store. Popeyes has tasty chicken but the service at your stores is poor!!
I was gonna leave a detailed review on my poor experience getting a shrimp tackle box instead of the 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp and not getting compensated after ...but this locations reviews say it all .....
