Ya know i will say pizza hut has good food. There' s only 1 reason they dont get 5 stars from me. PRICE. I actually really like the food but $38 for a med pizza and 8 wings is a bit too much. We usually go about twice a year. If they could be a bit more competitive it would be a lot more.
How disappointing is this place? Let me count the ways. Obviously, we will skip over the fact it's Pizza Hut. You gonna visit the Hut, you know what you're in for food-wise. No, this is about the location. I live 1.5 blocks from this place. Down a one-way street right off the store - you can't get here without passing by the store. And still, the times I was foolish enough to order, instead of our pizza arriving super-hot and fresh due to proximity, it would arrive an hour late, tepid. But, okay. I decide I live close enough I'll always do carry-out instead, so I can get it hot. Show up to get my order at the promised time, and they'd just started it, say it'll be 15 minutes. I ask if I can use their very visible bathroom in the lobby, and am told no, there's no public washrooms. I'm just done.
Walked in and wanted to use the restroom first. I tried the door handle it was locked. I turned around and found a guy at the counter and went to ask him to buzz me in. He looked absolutely petrified and ready for confrontation. He says really slow and deliberate "pick-up or online order." No greeting, no smile. Why would he think that I'm a threat? ‍ He also told me the restrooms were employee only but there wasn't a sign anywhere that said that. It wasn't welcoming at all. I didn't end up buying anything after that..
It the most discussing ever ordered he meat lover's was dried out couldn't even cut it with a knife and my pan pizza was cold and nasty I put it in the microwave and it turned hard....for 34.00 dollars I expected to be able to eat it not throw it out...
I liked it, but when I was ordering some guy had a switchblade. He wasn't threatening anyone he was just playing with it, I was scared he was going to hurt himself.
Not satisfied with the order process request at all.i feel like the staff could have accomodated my request much better instead of blowing me off! sorry but will try not to order from this pizza hut again
Alma kept my change.... she took my money, closed the register, and handed me my pizza.... but the pizza is always decent
I wont be ordering from here anymore. The online ordering system is a joke. The deals are a joke. I ordered at 1130pm the FAKE tracking system said my order was received and was in the making and would be delivered at 1204am. Waited a hour just to find out that my order was canceled when I checked my bank account to see ive been credited back. Still no call or anything indicating that my order was canceled. Its sad this company lost its way it used to have better deals now its just a rip off.
Whenever we order from here the food is usually done quickly and its hot and fresh. The staff is pretty nice. But the one bad thing about this location is that they never put enough cheese on the pizza. We always have a few slices that is just sauce and pepperoni. And I feel I shouldn't have to pay for extra cheese if they are just going to put the regular amount.
Good food, on time for delivery but the food was cold.
