Came in and was greeted by the cashier Samantha ! She was patient and really nice ! The other guys were also fast and friendly ! Was in and out in 5 min because there was no customer ! So please be patient to employees when there’s a wait ! Parking: Lots of parking and it’s cleaned
The new Italian sandwich really doesn’t have any flavor. The cheese is bland and so is the sandwich. Put some spicy Italian peppers or jalapeños on it and order a little bit of salt on the side. If you do order it that’s all it needs.
Their one job is to make sandwiches and they hardly even get it right. They have the tickets literally directly in front of them, yet they still mess up every order, every time. The driver sees these as well, still doesn't use common sense to check their orders before leaving. Jimmy John's used to be one of the kings of sandwiches/fast food. It's baffling how far they've fallen, not just at this location, but as a brand overall. Pitiful.
They are a little pricey on bigger subs.I only go here when I want to splurge.Although Subway is healthier they do give you enough meat on the bigger subs.Food: 5/5
If you want your order correct try somewhere else. Apparently reading and following a simple order is too complicated for this location. The amount of times they have screwed up my order would be impossible for most places, but not here. Oh and you want to be lied to that your delivery is on its way even though they haven’t left the store and show up 1 hour later after “getting caught by a train”, then order from here. This is the worst run franchise you will ever encounter.
First Jimmy Johns where nobody greeted and I had to wait 5 minutes until cashier came from outside. Sandwich lacked flavor. How the heck do you mess up a sandwich bro?
Went through the drive-through. Took about 7 min for the order to come. It was consistent with other Jimmy Johns and was satisfying.Food: 4/5
Absolutely terrible service should've looked at the reviews before placing a order literally had to cancel because it was well over an hr this place needs to be shut down or revamped with new employees
I have placed an order for delivery on the app which took over an hour. I had asked the delivery to call or text when they arrived and I would come out. The app said my food was delivered but I did not get anything so I called the store. The person at the store said the delivery person left my food at the door. They left the food at the wrong apartment outside for 20 minutes. I called the store to complain and was promised a $20 credit that I could use in store by giving my phone number. I went in the store and no such credit was on my account.
Over an hour for delivery when the food never arrived. Called to get an update and was told 2 different things. “It will be there in a few minutes”. 20mins later still nothing. Called back. “Manager” was extremely rude and the kid who answered told me the driver had just left a few mins ago. Still nothing. Poor communication. Poor management. “Freaky fast” not so much.
