SPEECHLESS!!! Ordered mashed potatoes macaroni and cheese and red beans and rice with my family meal order… this is what I found in my mashed potato! Check the video A trio of mashed potatoes, dirty rice, and macaroni! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I call the Popeyes number and quickly realize it’s a hotline number…. Okayyyyyy I knew this wouldn’t be fixed. I ANGRILY TELL THE GENTLEMAN WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ORDER AND TO SUM IT UP… he says….. TAKE IT BACK AND GET ANOTHER ONE “ wow!!! Great customer service recovery! Had to silence the video cause I was cursing good! WHO DOES THIS!!! Folks who don’t care! Popeyes in Hazelcrest Illinois!
won’t be returning. the girl at the window was polite but my tenders were cold and my macaroni and cheese was burnt and over cooked . i know they knew it was burnt yet they still gave it to me. they also didn’t give me any sauces and there were workers in the back akiki’ing like folks weren’t waiting for their food
This happened tonight the worse chicken. I don't know who cooked this but it was the worse and you wouldn't answer your phone. I sent my son to get a 2 piece w mash you gave him 4 spicy legs and brick biscuit. I will be calling the manager in the morning and if I have to reach corporate. The meat under the thick crust was dark n old. That I wouldn't give to a dog You ought to be ashamed it was the worse I have ever had from any Popeyes. I'm sorry but you better learn how to cook chicken otherwise get out of the kitchen, new management or close the door. It was plain spicy Nasty with a brick biscuit!!!!!! I need speak w a manager
This is the worst location ever. Whatever you order takes 2hrs plus to receive. Very poor communication skills. Lack of product. Dirty uniforms. Very poor service all around everytime I have gone to this location. I really wonder if they have ever had a health inspection . I will never go to the Kedzie location again. 0 stars.
The Popeyes in Tinley Park on 159th has the same recipe as the others but what they do have that’s exceptional is service. They are professional, fast and pleasant. They are proof that fast food doesn’t have to be served by people who hate their jobs. Keep giving great service and great chicken.
Worst chicken I ever had. Wasn’t fully cooked and had no seasoning. The red beans and rice was runny and the soft drink was like straight water. Of course their phone is busy, no way to contact. Didn’t have a zero star rating or they would have gotten it.
Terrible customer service. Rude manager, Celia I believe. Lines are ALWAYS long. Food mediocre. You’d think after waiting 30 min in a line that your food would at least be fresh. It’s worth the drive to the other locations maybe halsted or 159, id avoid this one at all costs
I love Popeyes and have for years. Even though the customer service is terrible 90% of the time I still end up back there. But that is not the case with this location. I will never go back here even if it was the last Popeyes location on earth. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced has been here. A while back I ordered from the drive thru a chicken tender meal and pulled up and paid. After a few minutes they told me to pull to the front and they would bring it out. After about 10 minutes of waiting I finally got out of my car and went in to see where my food was at. They had no idea which order it was and had no plans to bring it out. I could of sat there forever and it would of not came. SO after making the food again and giving me the b ag the don't offer any apology or even care. Fast forward to a little more recently and I go back again. I can't even make this up the same thing happens again but this time they had they food ready but didn't bother bringing it out. So I leave angry just like last time. No to the most recent experience I had. I pull up to order and am waiting several minutes before somebody comes over the speaker and tells me to hold on. As I continue to wait to order a few more minutes pass and another customer comes out from inside the building and looks at me shaking his head and says "don't even do it man it ain't worth it". At this point I am assuming he was inside and walked out without wasting his time. So I drove away and will never be back. If you don't want this location to close I suggest you get new management and somebody who cares running it.
This is the slowest Popeyes ever created in the history of Popeyes. I sat in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes and the line did not move. This was the 2nd time that happened! I left and went to the KFC down the street. They are often short on items. The drive-thru sounds like the order-taking has been outsourced to a machine in another country. I was not pleased.
Wanted to give them another chance so i ordered 2 spicey chicken sandwiches, 3 tenders and 12 nuggets. Chicken was all bland.. no spice ..nothing. the nuggets were the size of a quarter.. really for what is charged. NOT COMING BACK.!!
