Kentucky Fried has not changed with the times. I liked their Georgia, other flavored chickens. I love their pot pies, but don't try to fool us with smaller portions. I would have paid more for the previous sized pie. Try to offer both sizes and let the people choose if they want to pay more. KFC needs a change in the menu, to bring people in. They still have a good product. But they aren't my first choice for Saturday night.
The food just isn't as finger linking good as it use to be. But yet, the prices are steady increasing.Food: 3/5
Alot of us have worked retail in our lives and fast food is not for everyone. The drive thru cashier was annoyed and didnt seem to want to take orders or answer questions. We asked if they had a Mac n cheese bowl meal. She was rude when interrupting to ask about our sauce and neglected to even put it in the bag. We mainly went there because we heard the fries were good &The fries were not fresh. Almost like it was reheated. The drinks were also inaccurate. We ordered two meals and extra fries it's not like we asked for a whole lot of food to be made or we're asking too many questions. I don't recommend drive thru, Go inside.
This one need to close down they never have what u want customer service is extremely terrible. I was told chicken will be up in 12 minutes. It actually took 40 and the chicken was still undercooked then the young lady was very rude. When I ask for my money back I’ll travel a little bit longer for better customer service they suck.
I ordered food at drive- thru. I got home and realized my order was missing some chicken. I called and YURI told me to bring receipt back to receive a replacement meal. I went back the next day and YURI filled my order. She gave me chicken that obviously had been sitting for a long while. It was hard and inedible. I will never visit this KFC again. I'll go to other neighborhoods.
I was disappointed because they ran out of extra crispy chicken and it was only 1 person working in the restaurant
***DO NOT GO HERE!!!*** This place needs to close. Black bones??? The chicken is from yesterday. If you hear, 'Original or Crispy?' Just know the answer should be, 'Which one is fresh?' There's a restaurant nearby named after a sailor themed cartoon that would never have the nerve to serve food that was cooked 8-12 hours ago at least.
They have good food and quick service. They got the order right and even gave me a few cookies.Food: 5/5
Can't comment on atmosphere. Went through the drive thru. They were nice and courteous. When I visit inside, I'll update then.Food: 4/5
Employee didn't know what was offered on the menu and initially told me to go to popeyes. Once I left with my food they gave me the wrong flavor soda and my fries were all the broken pieces and stale.
