Terrible, terrible service, employee's act like they have to work for free. This is a Saturday at 1pm, no line at all, so they can't say there extra busy. They just have attitude for no reason. Then we're told to go around and park at the door, while we wait for our order. there's no....line! Horrible service. No stars, for food, service and atmosphere, simply poor.
This is the worst BK,once I ordered and got to the window. They say they were closed. I ordered today the lady in the drive thru had a stank attitude. I asked for cheese, instead I got extra dirt!!!
Going on 14 minutes for one whopper meal with only one person in line ahead of me. Go anywhere else for food.Food: 1/5
I ordered 2 whoppers and a meal. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting. I chose Burger King because it's supposed to be a fast food restaurant. My food is cold really?
Horrible experience . They said they were closing at 9:30pm but the LED sign in front says 8am - 11pm in huge letters. I order my food thru drive thru and I felt like "Leo Gets" from the movie Lethal weapon, I got screw thru the drive thru. I got back to my work place just to find my food half cooked. I had to throw it out. I could understand it's late and it's near the end of a shift but giving people food poisoning when they count on getting a decent meal is not good for buisness. Not for nothing but that shift manager needs to be fired. Luckily I decided to waste my hard earned money and throw it out. This could've went a different way. Never again at that location. Careless management needs to be corrected.
Horrible None of the staff wore mask or hair nets. We went in to order. We were the only ones there and had to wait 30-40 minutes to order and receive our food. Some staff barely wore gloves. Definitely did not change them between task like sweeping floor and preparing food
Probably the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I had the exact same experience the ONLY THREE times I ever went there. Drove up to the drive-thru area and was told "Come back in 30 minutes. We're having a shift change". They were actually turning customers away. The last time this happened, I started laughing and the lady on the microphone asked me rudely "What you laughing at?". I drove off and will never return to this location.
Update: I tried this Burger King one more time and my experience was terrible. I only ordered 2 whopper meals. They forgot one Whopper that I never got. I waited at the window for at least 10 minutes, then they asked me to pull around, and I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my incomplete order. They never apologized or did anything to acknowledge their terrible service. I will never go here again. This place must have HORRENDOUSLY INCOMPETENT management. I will be reluctant to ever go to another Burger King anywhere. This Burger King has terrible service. My experience started when I tried to go to the drive through, and there was a line of cars in front of me. All of them seemed to receive orders. When I finally got up to the order window they said that the restaurant has all of a sudden closed for sanitation. They would not take my order, and I had a T-Mobile deal for a free whopper that I had redeemed to be ready for the order. I told them about the deal that I will lose because there is only a 15 minute window to get the free whopper that I redeemed. They did not care, and just repeated that the kitchen is closed for sanitation. This trip to Burger King was a waste of time, and a waste of a deal.
Worst Burger King ever! EVERYONE here deserves to be fired! Slow service… it’s FAST FOOD! If I wanted to wait for my food I would choose a dine in… been sitting in the drive thru now 10 mins…. Will NOT spend another dime here! If you all are not qualified to work in fast food maybe you should find another job!! SPEED UP!!!!!!!
Stopped here for lunch more specifically the iced mocha coffee but they were out. BK has the best iced coffee. If you haven't tried it give it a go. Ending up getting 2 impossible whoppers, original chicken sandwich and all was good and fresh
