This place is a joke. Everytime you pull up to the window they don't have what you want. Super convenient. The staff here are lackluster, and don't care. The owner of this Popeyes franchise should be ashamed of themselves to operate under such lousy conditions. I bet the inside is filthy too, but I wouldn't know since they locked the doors before 9pm. Don't go here, plain and simple.
I had to change this review. The food teast was Good food and the customer service was great customer service. But the size of the chicken was disappointing it looked like the chickens were on a diet not to mention the not even half full "large mash potatoes"
Went inside to order it was only me and one other guy and the lady’s were extremely rude with attitude and yelling for whatever reason. Food was okay but definitely don’t expect anything good from current staff. Won’t be returning to this Popeyes again….Recommended dishesChicken Sandwich
I’ve had good chicken from here before but the last 3 times the chicken was sub-par. And the bun sandwich was stale.
I know the place is understaffed But I ordered through the app under the drive thru pickup method After waiting for over 20 minutes I’m drive thru the manager asked me to come inside which is not right because my legs hurt and just did a surgery, I went inside totally ignored me and had a bad attitude for reason and raising her voice front of people. I just don’t get it you don’t like your job it’s simple just quit. Btw her name tag was Zaida
My husband and I had a great experience at this Popeyes. This place is understaffed, so you will have to wait a little while to order. We waited in line for about 15 minutes which we were both fine with. The woman who took our order was extremely nice and helpful. She even gave us free chicken tenders! Overall: You will have to wait, but the food tastes amazing and the staff is nice!
The service is ok. Sometimes they are quick but sometimes the workers are just slow. But one thing is that the floor is always just slippery whenever I go in and it's just very annoying and a bit hazardousFood: 5/5
It would be faster if you went home and cooked your own chicken. Waited 15 mins and still nobody asked to take my order!!!
I love Popeyes food but this location has the worst service. Repeated my order three times and they still got it wrong.
The place was clean and the staff was friendly but they didn't have some of the main items they sell. Also at this location they were not set up to include the rewards program that is advertised for this chain. We also overheard the manager say something about not ordering enough chicken which didn't affect our visit but could impact other customers in the next few days.
