Let me start with, it’s a Birger King, so don’t expect to get a 5 star gourmet experience. With that said, the attention to detail on my order, timing and politeness of the staff made it feel like a higher quality meal than I actually ordered. The BK menu is not for everyone however, Fast Food reviews are about the speed and quality of service not the food itself most of the time.
place is pretty clean. unlike some other BK's that give me the skeeves. i mean, i know just about 99% of fastfood restaurants are not stellar, but i've yet to get nauseas eating here. i'm a fan of the impossible burger. and they usually have it done by the time i get to the window, whereas when i order the regular veggie burger, i 100% of the time am asked to pull up and wait. i hate doing that but i don't argue with people who are handling my food. it's right off I-91, and on washington ave, which is a main road in north haven. pretty busy at lunch time but moves quickly. i don't like the new cookies. they are too much like an imitation of mcdonalds cookies, only not as good, never warm...if you're going to copy someone, do it right or do it better. when they had the spudnick sp? cookies, at least they were ALWAYS warm. like, always!
I was patiently waiting for my food when I saw an older female co-worker yelling at what I believe to be a teenage boy also a co-worker to "hurry up, hurry up" very aggressively when the boy appeared to be doing nothing wrong. The manner this lady approached the boy was unbelievable to me and disgusting. Regardless of what the situation was, she has no right to speak to a minor this way, this was very unprofessional. I am so upset I had to witness a situation as this.
Everyone was nice and in a good mood unlike many other fast food places and the food is 100 times better here.Food: 5/5

Never going back!! It's amazing how these fast food workers want top pay but they lack the common sense. I asked for something got charged for something else. Then was told they were the same price when in fact they weren't. So I got jipped out of money. Place is awful. Don't waste your time. They don't listen and give you cold food on top of it.
Went to grab a quick dinner and ended up so sick the following day from the raw chicken sandwich I was given. So gross. It should’ve been fried. I don’t understand how it wasn’t completely cooked.
Place is going downhill. Used to be reliable but the new night crew regularly messing up the order and tonight it was raw fries. Might have to start going next door to McDonald’s because this poor service seems to be a pattern.
Look at what this guy gave me the guy on the right is this how you serve a milkshake and no I did not drink from it and I got more to say about how terrible you are but I rather eat my food hot so I'll be back By the way aren't you supposed to wear a hair net in a kitchen
Messed up our order multiple times. Never had a good experience here.
