Was pleased to see several people dining in when I arrived, a rare thing at fast food restaurants these days. Service was great, food was tasty, but the restaurant itself was rough. Every booth had rips in the fabric, dirt in places that obviously wasn't from that same day and the carpet was shabby looking. Unfortunate since everything else was great.
We visited this spot at least once a week, usually on Sundays we go by to be teenagers again. The staff is so professional and polite. Yesterday 2 workers there was the best service ever, BUT THE FOOD AND SHAKES.... ARE THE BEST THE FISH SANDWICH AND THE FRENCH DIP!!! YES SIR! YOU GET 10 OUT OF 5!!!Food: 5/5
It deserves 0 rating. Poor customer service. We went for dine in around 9pm and the lady working inside was mopping the floor and closed all the doors. She looked at us but didn't say anything. Usually restaurant closes around 10pm for dine in and she did the same with 3 more families who came to dine in at that time.Service: 1/5
The fries were cold. The soda didn't have any flavor. Taste like I was drinking not soda but juice with no flavor with ice. The service was fair.Food: 2/5
Fair experience at this restaurant; my second visit in 5+ years. The meat is "eh" in taste. Restaurant cleanliness, general, have become third priority or lower. The customer service was commendable. Close proximity to Rt91 N/SO r xits make this convenient stop for fast food. I recommend other close-by establishments. Arby's is at a simular stage as Roy Roger prior to shutting operations.
Arby's have become few and far between in Connecticut, but I'm glad they are still here. Visit this location occasionally while I'm in the area. On my most recent visit the staff was very friendly and attentive, the restaurant was very clean and the food was hot and delicious. I will be coming back and with the current state of retail I hope they stick around.
Service was a bit slow but worth the wait cause they got the Meat. The Loaded Mac will make you hope it never go away, just like the fish.Food: 5/5
This is my first time trying out this location and very disappointed. Try out their new 5pc boneless chicken buffalo and is inside a burger container instead plastic container. Curly fries is mixed with crinkle fries not Just few pcs but also all the way in bottom, is like being dump in same food storage. The crinkle fries Isnt even crispy, too soft. If u want best Arby go the location in Southington.
Poor service they don't get your orders right you ask her something and they give you the server does not pay attention they don't get your orders in right disgusting something that you didn't order very sloppy
I like their Buffalo chicken sliders. Also their apple turnovers are the best so far that I've ever triedFood: 3/5
