Gave me the wrong sandwich and refused to correct the mistake. Even other customers in line were telling the staff they gave me the wrong sandwich. I know the difference between a Big King and a regular hamburger. Apparently the staff at this Burger King doesn't know, doesn't care, or probably both.Food: 5/5
It is a truly a pleasure to visit this particular Burger King in Schenectady the employees are very respectful helpful the food was made quickly and hot I have not had such a good experience in a fast food place in such a long time they are just excellent in that placeFood: 5/5
Found a 3x2” piece of plastic in my breakfast sandwich when I bit into it last week…not a great feeling trust me. Will never be back. Also, clean that drive through window once in awhile, it’s absolutely disgusting.
Love burger king, and this is actually one of the best locations I've been to. The drive through sometimes takes a bit but my food is ALWAYS hot and really tasty. The drive though staff is friendly and you can tell they are really trying to be as quick as they can.
BUYER BEWARE!!I recently visited the Burger King on Erie Boulevard,the experience was less than exemplary,the order was incomplete,all the crew was concerned about was getting the drive thru empty,upon receiving my food,it was definitely not fresh and the fries were luke warm at best,like they were old,people pay too much money to have less than quality items and the only thing worse than the food is the customer service.. NEVER AGAIN!!
Love this burger king!!! Atmosphere can be a little back and forth. Your in the middle of downtown schenectady...some weird people walk in sometimes.Food: 5/5

This location is above average. Fresh design and clean overall. The legend has it that Edison has started Edison Machine Works/General Electric at this very spot.
6/11/21 sat in drivethru 30 minutes. Sandwich ok, very slow. 3/21 Ordered two BK FISH. Was told to be carful, there’re hot, they were hot!!! Put together relatively good also. Drive-through people were very pleasant and fast. It’s an older store and the parking lot shows it’s age, but everything is clean. 2/21 double whopper,good. Put together nicely.
I usually have no problem here at Erie Blvd. Been ordering and coming here for years but today y’all really have to get it together. Got the 2 for 5. 2 Whoppers with cheese, no pickles and I got 1 whopper made correctly and the other with no cheese but had pickles. Come on now, I know y’all can do better.
