The burnt ends were really tasty. The Mac and cheese was also tasty, but curdled. I'm not an expert on collard greens, but they sucked. They were sweet and garlicky, and missing any kind of smokey flavor. Could definitely up the sides game. I'll be back for the smoked meats.
Honestly don’t know how anyone could leave a bad review here. Best bbq in the capital region and it’s not even close. Also the owner and his pops are super cool.
Got the brisket and pulled chicken with beans, candied yams, collard greens and cornbread. Everything tasted GREAT and easily BEST BBQ I’ve eaten in the 518. This plate is SPLIT and the other plate is an even portion to this We got the sauce sampler to try them all. I’ll DEFINITELY be back!

For real-the best BBQ in the Capital Region. Stop reading this review right now and call them & order everything. Seriously. Never been disappointed with anything I’ve ever order. Only sad that I have other bills to pay because if I didn’t, I’d spend my whole paycheck here every two weeks.
Always welcomed by name and always treated like royalty. Food is the best and I can’t recommend it enough. Garlic Parm popcorn chicken Is legit the best and I get it in the piggy wrap to take it up a notch.
