Popeyes® Louisana Kitchen

Please don’t here!!!! I went to this location the other day and order a spicy chicken sandwich and didn’t realize until I got home that they gave me something completely different. I got some type of chicken which looked so cold I didn’t even try to take a bite out of it and looked kind of weird as well and stale fries. Horrible customer service !!!

Don’t go this place, horrible taste chicken and pops, service is suck, dirty environment, need an inspection for our health.

I am actually on the phone with them now to complain that half the order is missing, and all they are saying is sorry. They aren't even doing anything about it. I spent $45 on a meal and only have $11 worth of it here. 10min passed, and the girl that i spoke to hung up on me because she didn't want to give me the name of the manager. I ended up finding a car(even though i am disabled and have to wear a mask in public and have a brain disorder)to get there and get my food. This is ridiculous how they treat customers. Will NEVER order from there again. I like popeyes, but this location is disrespectful to customers.

I wish I could leave a less than one star review but Google wasn't having it. The manager was so rude, would not take our order for sandwiches because they had so much cold chicken waiting to be serve. Denied coupon because they claimed it needed to be "scanned" but coupons from popeyes websites are not scanable. Avoid this popeyes at all cost...heard they serve raw chicken...I like my chicken cooked and it looking like its not going to run off my plate!

Worst Popeyes ever ..... cashier sucks .... cold chicken ..... and you wait forever ... like a day or two for 2 pc
