Very Poor Customer Service. Beware of "POOJA". She doesnt wanna listen to you. I ordered something else and she charge me for something else, When I requested her to change the order she gave me bullshitt and argued with me. Threw my food on the counter that i just bought. A whole lot of attitude. Never Going back again.

Went with my wife the other day and it was like a mob waiting around the counter shouting and yelling. The staff seemed confused. Handing out the wrong receipts to people. They seemed to completely lose control of the operation. I ordered a latte (after waiting in line for 20 minutes) and I SWEAR there was no coffee in it. My wife also observed that the coffee machine had no beans in it. Brutal. I dumped it and didn't even bother going back to the counter. I should have just ordered a coffee

For a company that makes a trillion dollars a year, having a worker argue with me, over charging 0.20 for an extra packet of big mac sauce is utterly disgusting to say the least! as the TROLL said: "its our managers policy that he charge". ok. fine. then where is the sign showing the difference in pricing between stores? this is the first time i've heard of this with regards to md donalds! first, is the burgers that last years in the open, and now this! ALSO! THEY CHARGE YOU 0.30 for a packed of mayonase, AND they won't tell you!!! so check your receipt people!!! Lord knows what else they are charging you as well!!!! SHAME ON ME FOR SUPPORTING SUCH A SELFISH EVIL CORPORATION WHO CARES NOTHING FOR HUMANITY BUT GREED...

The lines are always smooth and fast but the they take forever to serve your food and when they do its horrendous even for McDonald's standards.

The customer service absolutely horrible,the worker called my friend stupid and the other day my sister got a burned burger literally it was black and we couldn’t come back to return it.
