Overpriced, practically a criminal enterprise, owner is a piece of work who is long over due his cot in prison. Lots of shops within walking distance that are actually run as a business not a criminal enterprise.

Don't waste your time. Overpriced and will not stand behind their products. There are two other shops within walking distance that have lower prices and guarantee their products. This place is just a big fire code violation that needs to be shut down.

I have been coming to Pontiac Brokers for a few years now. Their products are over priced compared to other locations but they were usually willing to help me out when I was in a pinch. However, this last experience will keep me from ever returning. I purchased a PSP for my boyfriends birthday. I took it straight home & gave it to home. As soon as he turned it on it went black and never came back up. I returned to Pontiac Brokers expecting they would make it right, since we are such good customers. Instead, they aqacused us of damaging the product and told us we are out of luck. I was astonished by the poor service we received. I would recommend staying away from This place. If you need a pawn shop try the one two stores down. You will receive better service there. ..pontiac brokers are some jokers!!!

Terrible I went there with a gift card for my birthday n bought a psp got home plugged it in to charge turned it on and i tried to log into psn and the screen went black and shut off on me now every time I turn it on goes black n shuts off all the old man had to say to me was it was somehow my fault possibly n there's nothing he can or is going to do for me oh and sorry for the bad luck. My suggestion is to go nxt door I went in there after that told them my store and the hooked me up Pontiac brokers they are some jokers!!! Unhappy was long time customer...

I recently bought a GPS from Pontiac Brokers and have been very pleased with the purchase. The staff was friendly and I got a very good deal on my purchase. I'll continue to shop there in the future.
