Staff was super friendly, and extremely helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Susan. She was delightfuly, Initially I went in to open a business account. Susan persuaded me to open a personal account also. I was pleased with their service, and I personally recommend this Credit Union especially the Pontiac location.

I am currently a member at chief financial credit union. I applied for a auto loan through my branch ( Pontiac) online. Within a couple of hours I received a call back!! Terri Dyer was the loan officer that contacted me back so promptly. As a first time buyer with a auto loan, Mrs. Dyer worked diligently for a term and rates that suited my budget ( finances) that in return allowed me to step into my new vehicle without out of pocket expenses. I have belonged to Credit Unions for well over 20 Years, I have to say that Dina and Chief Financial have made me feel the most comfortable. From opening my account to financing a Motor Cycle. They have made the process so easy and efficient. I do a lot of online transactions and Chief has made it simple. Thank you to Dina and Chief.
