PNC Bank

Every time I go to the Bank or call customer service everyone is so nice helpful and tells you other services that they have to help you out the best Bank I ever had and the people are perfect thanks for letting me Bank with you

I've been banking there for several years now and I have always had a nice experience, but today was truly exceptional! The whole staff is so welcoming, helpful and really funny. I went in for a simple change to my account and was helped into changing just a little bit more to help me receive better interest rates that I am grateful for. Who knew I was going to end up laughing so hard and feeling like a welcomed neighbor just having a bank transaction? Allen is hilarious! Thanks everyone for an unexpected fun day!

On October3rd 2025 i went into this PNC bank location, I did a cash advance withdrawal per usual from my card account from this exact PNC bank location! They did a duplicate transaction on my card account, I called yesterday on October 6 2025, I left my number for a call back and have not heard nothing since! I'm livid! So I'm stuck with this pending transaction after 1 transaction was accepted!

The absolute best customer service of any branch I've ever visited! Been a PNC National City customer for 18 years. Have been inside numerous times and have always had a positive experience. Knowledgeable, efficient and personable staff.

Not real proud of this branch or any to be honest but this Perry st location in Pontiac is especially standoffish and the tellers are cold and almost treat us as if it's our first time in the door.nBeen sent to other branches for services as well.nJust not a good fit
