Great facility,  modern and clean.  Helpful, friendly and professional office personal.  I see Kelley Travers, RN, MSN, NP.  She is fantastic .  Truly cares about her patients and is very knowledgeable.   I am grateful for finding Pondville and I highly recommend it for your medical needs.

Dr. Zhang and Pondville Medical Associates are concerned about lining their pockets, and referring patients to each other, regardless of what is best for the patient. 

Stay away from this medical group.

Very poor experience. I was a new patient of Dr. Hua Zhang, and, during my two visits, it became obvious that the only objective of this doctor was to ignore my concerns and attempt to help the financial status of her fellow associates by referring me to their office(s) for unhelpful and unwanted service.

My meetings with Dr. Zhang were rushed, unproductive, and lacking in any concern for MY suggested form of treatment. I made it very clear that, rather than engaging in costly and tedious therapy, it was my desire to instead vigorously find the root of my problems. Ignoring this request, Dr. Zhang instead insisted on looking out for the financial well-being of other doctors in the building.

VERY unprofessional and extremely upsetting for a patient seeking definitive answers to ongoing medical issues.

As of this moment, I am looking into alternative options to better address my health issues.

Every doctor here (I've been to 6) has been curtious and more importantly Prompt! Lot's of parking and very clean.
