I was so excited to find Pollen at last minute for my wedding. I was making all my own floral arrangements for my wedding but a couple weeks before I realized that making my own I might not be able to get exactly what I wanted. I thought it would be worth just ordering my own bouquet from a florist that way it’s exactly what I want even if it’s more expensive. I didn’t want to stress about not liking my flowers the day of, so it would be worth the extra money even though we had a tight budget. I called and he was super nice and said he could squeeze in one bouquet. I told him what I wanted and sent him a picture. He told me the price and said I could pay extra if I wanted it even bigger than the photo so I did. He told me they get make my bouquet just like I wanted and I felt super relieved and excited about it. He was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the day of the wedding my sister in law picked it up and I didn’t even see it till later. But it was nothing at all what I wanted. I’ll attach the photo of what I wanted vs what I got. It wasn’t a bad looking bouquet but not at all what I had imagined or asked for. I was so upset when I saw it but of course there’s nothing you can do in that moment except just be grateful to have flowers. But now I’m even scared to get my professional photos back because I already know when I see the photos I’m going to be upset about my flowers. I love flowers more than anything but I had a specific vision and it definitely was not met : I don’t have great photos to show the bouquet yet but when I get professional ones I will upload them. Like I said, the bouquet wasn’t ugly, it just wasn’t what I envisioned at all.

Ordered flowers for a dear friend in Castle Rock and she was blown away at the beauty of the arrangement. I ordered from Pa.and the whole experience was easy and most of all very friendly. Will use again when the need arises. Great place in my opinion. Please give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
