Very rude staff. Called wanting to get some information about their offers and services, the man who answered was very short and rude hung up on me after telling me to "eff" off. Come to find out this isn't even a floral shop, it's a 3rd party! So not only is he giving a bad reputation about his business, but also the business they're representing when they call and order the flowers from a real florist!! I would hate to have this company out there representing my shop. Do the right thing and support local, go through a real floral shop and don't bother with this one. They obviously don't care who they hire or what they say to potential customers.

Buyer beware if you are looking for a local flower shop. This is a service desk/answering service. They will take your order, add service fees that they keep, then wire the order to a local flower shop. If that works for you and you don't have a problem paying additional fees that the florist never sees, then proceed. If you want to talk directly to the florist that will be delivering your order, pay only fees directly associated with the flower arrangement, pay the florist directly, and get top notch service, then make sure you ask where the shop you are calling is located. Thank you for supporting local flower shops!
