Poke Bento

Can't go wrong with Poke Bento! Me and my friend had a Salmon Poke bowl and some fried Dragon eyes sushis and it was super delicious! Ingredients were fresh and the portions were generous and perfectly balanced between the amounts of veggies, rice and proteins. But I must mention that the best part is the staff. They are so nice and you can see that they care about giving you a great service. I highly recommend your give it a shot! Vegetarian options: Many options for vegetarians.

Very tasty and delicious poke bowl. Convenient and fast if you look for affordable food with quality. The salmon poke and sushi pizza are my favorite. The sauce is really good. Next time I'll try grilled eel! They also have some sushi rolls in the menu.

Hidden gem near Guy-Concordia Metro. Highly recommend BENTO for take-out! If you are a foodie person who can't choose because you want to taste everything at the same time, go with their bento. Every element is amazing! I took the Torched Salmon and the Chicken Katsu. Will definitely go back. Fast service, fresh food, friendly staff.

This place is the perfect spot for tasty, affordable sushi! They often have promos, whether you dine-in, or order online, so check their website or the sign outside the store. I usually get the 36 pc sushi combo, which is $32.99 and with purchases of $20+ before tax, you just have to mention to the cashier that you want the free chicken katsu bento promo when you order. The sushi combo changes every time I go, but usually comes with a variety of shrimp tempura, crab or shrimp salad, California rolls, as well as salmon and tuna. I enjoy the different combinations they create, and the sushi is always tasty as they use fresh ingredients. The sushi rice is also well seasoned and balanced, with rice vinegar and sugar. The sushi combo comes with spicy mayo, soy sauce, ginger, and wasabi. The chicken katsu comes with a chicken katsu cutlet over sushi rice, japchae, a small salad, and 4 sushi pieces. The katsu is always crispy and perfectly fried, and the japchae is well seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil. I also really enjoy the salad that it comes with! Overall, the value is amazing and the it is definitely worth coming here for affordable, good quality sushi! The service is always friendly, they speak both English and French. The restaurant ambiance is nice and casual, always clean.

It’s actually really good! I got the saumon brûlée bowl and the chicken karaage. They have a special right now where you also get a chicken bento if you spend 20$ before tax. You should take advantage. Only minus 1 star is for the setup - the entrance is kind of in a weird spot and the tables are a bit greasy

I ordered the scallops and salmon poke bowl. The ingredients is fresh, shredded carrots, avocado cube, cucumber etc… when you mixed everything together, it tastes good!! Will come back again to try their chicken kitsu bento. For some reason, i was quite thirsty after finished the bowl, not sure if there is MSG in it.Recommended dishesSalmon Bento

You really can't go wrong with the combo box. 18 piece is 4 different 'chefs choice' rolls, and they're consistently different each time I order. You can order from their website for pick to avoid third party services!

Prince and I saw this new store by chance. They were doing BOGO for Poke/Bento. We tried their Salmon/Thon Poke and Katsu Bento. The portion was generous. The Poke was good. Everyone has different, Prince was expecting the katsu to be better. As for me, it was to my liking. The sauce is good. The noodle could have been a little bit better. The owner was very nice and explaining the items. I wished they have put a little bit more effort in promoting their new store as we only noticed it when we were passing by.
