I found this branch an absolute delight to work with on a business and personal levels. My relationship started few years back when I needed to open a business account and after some research PNC Bank became my choice. It was a pleasant surprise to see how the entire staff treats its customers from the beginning. If they can help, and I mean their entire staff, they absolutely will, whatever it takes! It reminds you something from old movies when banks knew their customers very well and made it their business to help their clients. If I start writing the names of people I interacted with at this branch, it will be everyone because I used different services. Although I moved out of state they still are able to help me with all my questions and make my move easier so many miles away. Thank you, thank you so very much!

Have been working with folks at this branch for a little more than a year. Such a pleasure from the moment I walk in -- they are friendly, professional, competent. Feels like a "personal" bank rather than some big business corporate bank.

Terrible bank to do business with! Had the unfortunate experience of trying to access by safe deposit one afternoon but the bank personnel could not open the gate door because the lock broke. The locksmith was not going to be able to make it that day before closing. Someone was to call me the next day to confirm it was open -- that never happened. I decided to close out the box. Several months later I am still waiting for the pro rated fee to be returned to me. No one has followed up.
