Called for a third party auto loan payoff. The man on the phone gave complete attitude and told me "We can only give information to the client" So I explain our mutual customer traded in his vehicle and we have a power of attorney & retail order form to fax over. Still same response and attitude. I ask him how do they expect us to payoff his traded vehicle without the payoff information? Again, a snarky response saying "If you send us a payoff and its short we won't release the title" At this point the teller is being completely ignorant to the fact that I already know this information on top of the sass in his response. I ask for a supervisor and he tells me she will give me a call back. Never got a call. Why do people have to be LAZY and IGNORANT. I called the Evergreen park branch and was able to obtain the payoff. Don't waste your breath with these people.

The teller applied my payment to the wrong transaction and I have called and emailed for resolution to no avail. Use a real bank for financial transactions!!!!!!! Still waiting for someone to properly apply my payment to my car loan!!!!!!
