I went the branch today and was the only customer when I walked in. There was 1 teller and 3 bankers in the branch and I was told to wait to be served. Had to wait 10 min to until someone finally came. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone in the neighborhood.
NOT A GOOD BANK TO GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABUSED MY DISABILITY I HAVE ADHD AND AUTISM DISORDER THEY DIDN'T LET MY MOM TALK TO THEM AND I GET FRUSTRATED VERY QUICKLY I only got a bank account here because my parents has a bank account here but I rather use CHASE the same bank my sister uses as its more easier as its closer to my college building. PLEASE GO WITH CHASE BANK ITS EASIER THAN CITIBANK
Not a pleasant experience. Opened business account ,took 2 weeks To be approved . They forgot to order checks. Another 2 weeks until received Checks. Then received a phone call that they need more proof of my business and didn’t specify what. Close account they said they don’t have Enough money to pay out. Gave me cashier Check for $10000.00 . Tried to cash it out at different locations, Was told they can’t cash it . Very unprofessional staff. Stay away!
This bank used to be excellent bank. But lately the staffs here doesn't know how to run business. Leaves vm and email and didn't get even a reply. It's a shame the era of Service in bank industry especially big bank like Citi is dismissing.
We were did an application for credit line For follow ups the bankers never get back to you,so when your trying to optimize your app for additional info.... You would have to go back to the bank and sit and wait for a banker again Highly not recommend this branch
Staff pleasant and always helpful for the past 16 years I've used this location. I had all types of products with them and was always satisfied. They are very helpful in resolving fraud cases.
How do you close a financial institution without posting anything or mentioning when they will be open next???????
