My family was evacuated from Florida. During our time in Battle Creek, we needed medication that we could not get sent from Florida for a multitude of reasons. Carla, a case manager at Bronson Battle Creek Emergency Department, tried for two days to help us find a way to get the medications we needed. As a thank you for her efforts, that had far exceeded expectations, we wanted to send her flowers as a Thank You. She was the only person we found that was truly striving to help us. Que in Plumeria's owner Elisa. After hearing our story, she did everything in ability to produce the perfect arrangement so that we could get a beautiful Thank You to Carla. Cheers to both ladies that made us feel welcome and cared for during our adventure as evacuees!

Elisha was very communicative, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. She did our centerpieces and the main arch for our wedding; the flowers turned out beautifully!

I highly recommend using Plumeria for your flower arrangement needs!!  Though I haven't been to the shop in person I had the best experience  ordering on the phone.  I needed flowers sent to a family member's funeral Service which I couldn't attend from out of state.
The order was taken in a very professional but genuinely caring way.  We took a little time to discuss options and I ordered feeling calm and assured that everything would be taken care of.
-- To my surprise the night before the Service I received a photo text of the arrangement to see if I approved of them.  That was a very nice touch.
I was repeatedly thanked for my business and offered genuine condolences for my family's loss.  
After the Service my step-sister contacted me to say how beautiful and special the flowers were.
(And the cost was very very reasonable too.)
Really, what more could anyone ask for in a purchase from a business than all of the above?
I'm very grateful for the experience I had ordering here and based on that I think anyone would be happy using Plumeria.

Best flower shop I have ever been to!! Choosing this shop to do our wedding flowers was the best decision we made! Beautiful arrangements and a welcoming environment are just the beginning of this gem in Urbandale. We are blessed to have Elisha in our community! If I could give a higher ranking I would!

Elisha is an amazing florist and an amazing person! She did flowers at my wedding and did a wonderful job. As everyone knows weddings can be stressful but after meeting with her I didn't worry about flowers once. The morning of the wedding it changed from an outdoor wedding to and indoor wedding and she did a great job decorating with no notice.
