I ordered an arrangement online for my MIL. I picked a very simple rose arrangement that I thought would be easy to fulfill. From the color of the roses, to the greenery, to the box they arrived in not one thing was as pictured online. When I let the shop owner know what had happened I was given nothing but excuses as to what she had available at the time and that she did what she could with What she had. It is my opinion that there is a responsibility to the customer who is trusting what they order online (& pay heartily for) to deliver something as close as possible to what is advertised. If it is not possible or those materials are not available, it would not take long for them to reach out to their paying customer to find a suitable alternative solution.

We reached out to Delta Flowers for our wedding flowers last fall after receiving several outrageous quotes from other florists and having a couple of really bad experiences. Laura met with us personally and I was so happy with our meeting and felt so relieved after talking to her. I told her about my wants and needs, budget, and she worked with me to put together the most beautiful arrangements within my budget. She made everything so easy and after a couple of bad experiences, I was so relived to have found such a wonderful business that was truly willing to make sure I had the best experience possible. Her staff was outstanding as well - I didn't have to worry about coordinating drop off for the arrangements with our venue. They did EVERYTHING. I would highly recommend using Delta Flowers for any floral needs, big or small. Our wedding was roughly 200 guests in a large hotel ballroom, and I would 100% use Delta for another large event similar to a wedding reception or for something small, like a bridal or baby shower. If you want outstanding customer service and peace of mind about your flowers, go to Delta Flowers!

Came in from out of town for a memorial service, having called earlier in the week to order an arrangement. Very helpful and thorough staff / business. Flowers were delivered promptly, followed up with a notification email. Payment processed accurately and efficiently. With a special occasion like this, you want it to go well ... and Delta Flowers delivered.

Laura and her crew do an incredible job. I have bought arrangements here over many years and they are always fresh, well designed, and last for a long time. Delivery is always as promised even during busy holidays. Top notch family business.
