Honestly this was a really great company to use! I don't usually write reviews, but this company really helped me and my family out. I will be honest, I think their prices are fair compared to some other plumbers in the area. They have really nice trucks too, and presentation is everything when you hire a company!! I'm glad they were able to fix my mothers toilet and shower! Thanks for your help guys!!!

Clogged bathroom drain. PLUMBING TODAY came to my house and gave me an estimate of $340. I thought that was really high but agreed to it. He spent an hour at the house (15to 20 minutes in his truck) He said he couldn't unclog the drain unless he did a $1100 plumbing job.I didn't think it needed that and he charged $287 and left the drain leaking under the sink. I got a real plumber the next day and he had the drain uncloged in 20 mins.I called the office to complain and was told by manager he'd get back to me after he investigated.Never heard from him again. My mistake for not reading the reviews beforehand.

I had a puddle of water on my workbench in the garage. Hired these people. I pointed out a discoloration and, potential leak source on ceiling. Tom and helper assured me, "Naaa. That's nothing. Just spray it with BIN (primer)." 2 weeks later the ceiling area I drew their attention to caved in! Water, sheetrock all over! WHAT A MESS! These people obviously cannot assess and diagnose plumbing problems. I was charged $105.93 for this "service" .Also, scrutinize their invoice before you sign! They threaten to gain "legal ownership right to your home" if you "fail to meet terms and conditions of this contract"...... WHAT CONTRACT? I SIGNED NO CONTRACT! I signed Tom's notebook for my VISA card ! They slipped this ambiguous "contract" and VERY UNSETTLING THREAT TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF MY HOME on the receipt(which they tell you will be emailed to you). Tom pulled up in an unmarked SUV wearing dress pants and sport shirt and helper just stood with his arms crossed. My gut said, "this ain't good!". I am 61 year old female with several health problems. My health has deteriorated since these shysters haunted my house & my soul. I requested a refund. They refused to reimburse my money. I am not a complainer by nature. But the BBB should check into Plumbing Today Inc. They're pleasant on the surface--- but they're pleasant because they do nothing to earn their money . Watch their scam.

Matt the main person who runs this company, is not trustworthy. He sends his technicians to give out incorrect estimates, once you agree and the work begins, then they change the numbers stating that the catalog that the technician had was outdated almost 4 years old. So yes at first they seem reasonable with their prices until they are half a way in the job, then everything changes. Furthermore, whatever inspection they perform, they refuse to disclose the results in writting. To tap it out, multiple technicians need to come to complete one project which becomes confusing since each one of them has to catch up with what needs to be done. As of pumping out your septic tank, they don't do that and neither they mention anything until the end of the appointment that they have to go through a third party and make an appointment based on that company's availability. I will never hire them neither recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional.
