Professional, quick, 1 hour installation of a hot water heater... But I was billed for an extra 1.5 hours of plumber time for their travel and disposal of my old water heater.
Very happy with my experience. I like to do work myself around the house but this was beyond me: replacing valve on incoming water main. Asked a coworker for a referral and he suggested Loiis Petraccione & Son, said they had done a few jobs at his parents house and had been happy with them. I called, described my problem, they gave an estimate, scheduled service, came exactly on time, did a great job, problem solved. No mess, no rescheduling, all very smooth.. Received bill by mail for exactly what had been estimated. Highly recommend. Thanks!
