I had a basement flooding in my basement on Sept 8 midnight and I found it out the next day, my basement was 15 inches in water. On Sept 12, Tom came in and fixed the discharge pipe and rerouted the whole pipe system for me. He was very careful, skilled, and explained to me in great details why my flooding happened and how it should be fixed. I was highly pleased with Tom and his company and I wish I could have had him service my plumbing in the past years when I ran wildly for an excellent plumber. Now I have found one finally - Empire State Plumbing and Tom , and his team. Thank you very very much Tom, for you excellence. Oh, forgot to mention, for the same 2.3 hours work, I was charged way much more in the past. Tom had a very good rate and the total amount he billed was very satisfactory. I had a great experience with Empire State Plumbing INC; punctual, efficient,, honest & quality professional work, reasonable costs. I have used Empire State Pluming twice recently with water leaks ( under the kitchen sink and toilet ) requiring some pipe replacements. I am very happy with their work. Thank you, Steve !

I cannot recommend Empire State at all. I called them the morning after Christmas to get help with a clogged sewer line. I spoke to a pleasant woman who took my address, phone number and details of the problem. She told me that she would pass along the information. After several hours, I called again and reported that no one had contacted me. Fifteen minutes later someone from Empire State calls me to tell me they were closed for the day. I replied "I sure wish I had been told that hours earlier, so I could have called another plumber!" I received an apology and the number of "a guy" to help me. The "guy" was too busy to help. Empire State was disorganized and unreliable to recommend.

Tropical Storm Irene inundated the lowest level of our home in 2011. Based on the recommendation of an existing ESP customer, my wife and I contracted with Empire State Plumbing, Inc. to replace our ruined AC and heating systems. For heat, we opted for the tank-less, on-demand approach which, because it's attached to our wall 5 feet above the floor, not only frees up floor space taken up by conventional gas boiler/hot water tank arrangements; but also puts that important system well above the high water mark Irene established. We can also attest to the fact that our gas bills have gone down - the system is that much more efficient! Tom Darling and his associates at ESP are the best: knowledgeable, professional and dependable. You could not find a better company to handle your plumbing matters.

Very prompt and respectful plumber, also the receptionist was very easy to understand and spoke with confidence which helped put my mind at ease. I'll be recommending your company to everyone!
