If you know a little about what you're trying to do before you go like bring the part or part number with you, they're very helpful. I've bought tons of parts for the house through them over the years and almost always get what I wanted very quickly. Old school plumbing store!

Wasted 45 minutes at Rona trying to find a specific brass fitting, to finish a dishwasher install and the man behind the desk found exactly what I needed in about 10 seconds. I'd definitely go back.
