Do not book at the property. Online applications have the same rooms for $50 less. I attempted to have the staff price match booking but they refused and I was too tired to argue. The property itself hasn’t been updated since the dawn of time and sits right next to the train tracks. I’ll pitch a tent somewhere next time.
Ask if you check in early morning. I checked in at 4 am and they kicked me out at 11. Definitely don’t recommend this place.
Stayed here a few times. The last time there was gatbage under the beds and the floors were dirty if your wearing white socks they wont be white for long. I told the management about the issue and the next time i tried to rent a room there they refused to rent to me due to me complaining about the room being dirty shady owners cant take accountability for there dirty rooms. If your looking for a decent clean room go to the sunshine in. This place and houston motor inn arr owned by the same people avoid both places if possible
Stayed at the bottom floor.nnPros:n- Rooms are clean when arrivingn- Rooms are cleaned every day and restocked with coffee/toilet paper/ etcn- Wifi is provided.n- Staff is nicen- Lots of parkingnnConsnn- Wifi is unusable if there are too many users.n- No ice machine ask office for free bags of ice thoughn- There is a train very close to the location and it makes lots of noise. It seems to run every 2 hours including the nighttimen- Laundry isn’t available here. You must go over to the RV motel place near Lil Ava’s, go to the office and mention you’re staying at Pleasant Valley Motel .Pay 10$ for 1 load. They will give you a key for a room at the house to access a laundry machine/dryer.
Spacious rooms, clean. Close to many amenities. Plenty of parking. And ground floor rooms for handicap.
