Pleasant City Coffee

The coffee is always good and we order it black most of the time. We like it so much we buy our beans here! Great staff that are passionate about what they do! I ordered a blackberry iced tea once and it was also amazing!

Been there a few times now, tried a few different things and haven't been disappointed yet. It's what you might expect from a small town coffee shop, quick and courteous service, lots of seating and books to read, but also has quiet spaces and outdoor seating. It is also wheelchair accessible and I've seen a great variety of people enjoying their experience. I recommend the jalapeno lemonade, the Blackberry iced tea, their chai is also very good, often always have little sweet treats like Nutella filled sugar cookies or chocolate covered espresso beans.

Whether you are looking for a place to read or study, meet with friends or classmates, or just enjoy an outstanding coffee or tea beverage, it doesn't get any better than this. The owners are committed to supporting the community, and they make everyone feel at home. The shop has a comfortable atmosphere unlike any other coffeehouse in Mt. Pleasant, and uses coffee from a Michigan roaster who purchases in-season coffee beans directly from family growers. Best coffee and service in town. You will not be disappointed!

Great staff! It's totally iconic Mt. Pleasant in there! It reminds me of going to Mt. P to visit my sister in the 90s and early 2000s.
