Staff is always so friendly and kind! I especially want to note the gal working drive-thru at 1120 on 10/3/17. I couldn't hear through the speaker well because I drive a diesel and have verbal children.. We ordered a hot steamer but received an iced one. I apologized for the mix up and the drive thru person was incredibly gracious. Thankful for service employees like her. Our favorite place for over a year and will keep coming back. Well done, hiring manager.

Biggbys on bluegrass takes at least 15 mins to get your coffee. I was behind 2 cars and it took about 8 mins just to order. Its slow everytime i go there.wont be back.

Great coffee! I like the half price happy hour 4pm to 7pm every Monday to Friday.

It's the worst drive through service and also it's so slow i have spent 25 minutes waiting just for a black coffee!
