BIGGBY COFFEE

I used to like coming here, and I still like going to the other biggby in town, but something happened! I don't know what. I don't know why. But no matter what I order from here, it's AWFUL. It's like they're forgetting the espresso in the specialty drinks, they just taste like hot milk and the color is off.

Check out the iced coffee I just got! I just got back from a coffee run and felt compelled to write this, which I never do, but I drove all the way there just for this coffee and it's kind of funny. I've been to this Bigby an infinite number of times. I ordered an iced coffee with cream, as per usual, and this is what I got. She handed it to me. I started to drive away, but then put it in reverse and even made the car behind me reverse after seeing the coffee, trying to talk to the girl that handed it to me. I said to her "I don't think this is what I ordered", which she replied "yes it is". I held it up saying "THIS? THIS is an iced coffee? An iced coffee is THIS white?", showing her that the drink had been bleached, begging her to admit it and take responsibility. I would've been ecstatic with a new one. She refused, and goes "well, I put cream in it" haha.. yes, I can tell you put cream in it. I don't think there's coffee in this drink, is how creamy it is. I mean, there's not even a hint of coffee. It might be hard to see, but it's pure white, which is how it tastes. I got iced cream. It was a wasted trip, and wasted coffee. FWIW usually the place is great. I was a regular for a long time.

I don't know how, but biggby messes up my drink orders in the weirdest ways. At this particular location, we ordered a pumpkin spice latte and were given what the employee claimed was a 'peppermint spice latte'? It was a peppermint teabag floating in warm milk. When we took it back, they did fix it, but said that is what we ordered. It wasn't.
