Don't bother unless you want something ruined !!!! Brought in a pillow to have DRY CLEANED, they laundered it. Came back with pills all over, and stuffing lumpy and thin. They said they would repair / restuff it so I said okay. They would not refund the $ 10.00 I paid to have it dry cleaned to begin with. Just picked it up and it's still not okay. Pills are gone, but stuffing is not good. Note on pillow says " fluff out the fiber fill, make full as possible " That is not what I was told they were doing. During the whole process, not once would the manager or owner call me, they always had a store employee call. Never ever will I go there again. Basically I paid $ 10.00 to have them ruin a pillow, and now I have to pay to have someone else repair it.

This is the second time they have done the same thing to me. I brought in items for ESTIMATES on services, one for dry cleaning a special jacket, and now several months later ( giving them a second chance ), for alterations on two blouses. I was told the MANAGER would call me but she never did either time. Both times when I went in to inquire about my items the work had already been done. The MANAGER called me after I heatedly voiced my dismay this second time saying the paper work was NOT filled out properly, but my request was clearly written on the tags of all the items by the intake clerk. I won't be going back and won't recommend this cleaners, but I HAVE reported my complaints to the BBB. I gave it one star for the poor clerk who has clearly been given the blame. Connie L.

This place is amazing, I've been coming to this location for over 15 years! I've never had a problem, friendly staff, family owned and operated. They always seem to get my spots out, and today I picked up my favorite outfit with barbecue sauce on it when I dropped it off, it looks like new again! I highly recommend everyone to use this company for any cleaning needs! Shannon

Brought in a pair of pants and two shirts. I was charge for dry cleaning on one shirt with no real explanation and the fabric did not require it. Not only that but there was a stain one the shirt so I notified the lady about it when dropping off the laundry. She never bothered to get off the phone while accepting my clothes. I went to pick up and the stain was pressed in. The clerk said the shirt was not marked for treatment and even after a redo they were unable to remove the stain. I am not happy with the experience, treatment or service. I hope they go out of business.

Stains all over my brand-new white pants, with no explanation as to how they got there. They insist that they can't come out, even though they are the ones that put them there. Terrible business practices, never visit this place.
