After waiting for one of those big companies to call me back to schedule an appointment, I called Carpet Clean and was amazed and very pleased to find an actual person answer the phone. Deb was very friendly and helpful, scheduling an appointment for me within two weeks of my call. She even called me back when they had an opening and asked if I would like to move my appointment up. Shawn and Ryan arrived on time, and the work was done in no time -- in a very professional and courteous manner. I will make sure to call them when I need carpets or vents cleaned, and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Had Shawn and Ryan clean all the carpets in our house. They were respectful, careful, efficient, and did a wonderful job. Some of our carpet is kind of old, and it looks unmatted and good again. They took care of moving everything that needed moving, so I didn't have to do very much prep work. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. The price is very reasonable too. Bonus!

I was extremly pleased with the service and outcome of Carpet Clean and Shawn and Ryan. I had originally received a coupon from one of the other big name places. And these guys came in well under that proposal and I will certainly be using them in the future. The flooring was at least 6 yrs old and had several stains and the carpet now looks like new. Truly happy to refer them to anyone looking for quality service, great price and very professional.
