Best Wash Laundromat

This used to be a great place to do laundry until recently. They used to be open til 1 a.m. This was great if you work late and had to get things done at night. Then they recently changed their closing time to 11:59, and I'm not entirely sure-but I think they reduced the amount of machine time while keeping the price the same. I used to get 64 min drying time off 8 quarters but the last time I was in I think I got 56 min of dryer time off 8 quarters. Most recently I went there to do a load of laundry at 10:30 and one of the workers there told me he was closing at 11:00 because of low customer count even though the posted hours of operation still showed a closing time of 11:59. I don't believe this is against the the law, but it's pretty misleading, unethical, and just downright poor customer service. After reading some of the other reviews here, I find Best Wash's behavior apalling. It's too bad that in this time of so much social and racial unrest that the owners of Best Wash seem intent to prove that every ugly stereotype about them is true, while giving decent peoples of similar culture, ethnicity, and back ground a giant black eye.

The owner had kicked me out because I was putting my clothes in the dryer at 12:35 because they "close" at 1... Never felt like a nobody until he told me I had to leave or else he would call the police... I just had two loads in the washers and would have been done at least 10-15 minutes after it closes... Very disrespectful and never again will my family or friends go somewhere that treats people wrong because of their own schedule... it was really shocking because normally owners of a place like that would at least stay open a little longer to build there revenue but no in this case... Never again will I be treated that way..

I am very impressed with how clean this place is. Also, the owner was so very kind. He came and opened the door for me as I carried my bags in. He directed me to some open washing machines. All machines are clean and in working order. Someone's machine while running caused water to go on the floor and the owner was quick to mop it up! I will be returning here again. Best laundromat in the area, hands down.

The employee was already trying to kick us out when they still have an hour and a half left to close. He treats everyone nice but us not coming here again
