Playfair Dental Centre

My family began care at Dr Playfair's office several years ago. We have experienced excellent care including several dental surgeries and the removal of wisdom teeth. We have always found the office to be extremely clean, the staff friendly, efficient and helpful and the dental care superior. I would, and have recommended this office to anyone looking for a good, knowledgeable team for dental care.

Terrible. Dr.Melanie Yu is the worst dentist I've ever been to. She did not completely clean out a cavity, sealed it with a filling. The cavity continued to fester under the filling to the point I got an infection in my jawbone discovered in the Emergency at the Hospital. I had a 24 hour dentist in Brampton fix the issue. I'm so glad I moved from Orangeville. Do not go to Playfair Dental. There was also a dirty, torn dentist chair fixed with duct tape. Hygienists and Dr. Yu wearing dirty street shoes in the office, change your shoes please and make sure they are clean! Dust and dirt in the dental rooms. Just a really awful place and gossipy receptionist and staff openly commenting about patients. Disgusting. If I could give this place a negative rating of less than zero, I would. Do not go there!
